We process device identifiers, account details, chat content, credit/subscription data, and transaction identifiers to provide sync, sign-in, support, and security. We do not collect your full card number. You may request export or deletion of your account data.

Sona provides AI character text chat and voice interaction for users aged 18 and over. AI output may be inaccurate and is not medical, legal, financial, or psychological advice.

Refunds & cancellation

iOS purchases are processed by Apple; request refunds through Apple Report a Problem. Cancel subscriptions in Apple ID subscription settings. Used digital credits are non-refundable.
