This policy explains how cancellations and refund requests work for Sona subscriptions and digital credit packs.
Subscriptions and digital purchases made in the iOS app are billed by Apple. To request a refund, use Apple's official Report a Problem process. Sona cannot directly reverse an App Store charge.
You can cancel a subscription at any time from your Apple ID subscription settings. Cancellation stops the next renewal; access normally continues until the end of the paid billing period. Deleting the Sona app does not cancel a subscription.
Unused digital credit packs are generally non-refundable after purchase unless required by applicable law or approved by Apple. Credits that have already been used for text or voice features cannot be returned. Subscription credits refresh each billing cycle and do not carry over unless the product page says otherwise.
If you see a duplicate charge, an item you did not authorize, or an entitlement that was not delivered, first contact Apple for an App Store transaction. You may also email [email protected] with your Sona account email, Apple order identifier, date, and a description. Do not send full card numbers or passwords.
If direct web billing becomes available, the checkout page will identify the payment processor and any separate web refund rules before payment.
